What do I need to started?

Yoga Mat and Straps

Yoga Equipment

You don't need any equipment to do Yoga at home but it is handy to have a Yoga mat (to stop you slipping!) a set of blocks and a strap can also be beneficial.

I will happily advise you before you make a purchase if you are unsure!
