About Me
My name is Mary, and I am a Pilates teacher in Norwich. I specialise in private Reformer Pilates sessions tailored to your unique needs and goals. Pilates can be a wonderful way to help rehabilitate injuries, prevent pain, and develop strength and mobility in your body. Working with clients on a one-to-one basis means I can tailor exercises to suit your specific needs or goals. I am a specialist 'Pilates for Scoliosis' teacher and have a keen interest in all things related to the spine, whether that involves helping with back pain or addressing a specific spinal condition. I believe that through movement and exercise, we can get stronger and feel great!
