About Me

"I discovered yoga when I was suffering with a lower back issue and decided to give it a try.  Since then I have not needed to see a chiropractor and fell in love with the practice.  Not only has it enabled my body to stay strong and supple but helped me find a calm mind.  I believe yoga is for all and my mission is to inspire others to give it a go!  My teaching style is inclusive, nurturing and fun."
