About Me

With over 10 years of dedicated yoga practice and teaching experience, I am passionate about helping people enhance their physical, emotional, and general well-being through the use of yoga and movement.

I am also a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and a Psychosocial Sciences graduate, which allows me to adopt a holistic approach to teaching. I can confidently assist you in making achievable lifestyle changes to improve your overall well-being

Locations & Prices

Locations for private classes are in Norwich, either at the beautiful upstairs studio at The Dojo Norwich, NR6 6AX or at my home studio/gym in North Norwich.
