My name is Mary, and I am a Pilates teacher based in Norwich. I specialise in 'Pilates for Scoliosis' and work with individuals dealing with spine-related conditions and back pain. Pilates is a powerful tool for rehabilitating injuries, preventing discomfort, and building strength and mobility. By working one-on-one with clients, I create tailored exercise programs to suit your unique needs and goals. I believe that through mindful movement and exercise, we can not only get stronger but also feel incredible in our bodies!
